I own a 4 bdrm 2.5 bath home. The $600.00 covers the other half of the house (2 bedrooms and full bath). All utilities are included. Basic cable and internet (wifi) will be available. Parking available in front of house on street. The house is accessible to roommate except master suite. Overall a great place to live for a professional person, who is an animal lover. I have two dogs that are awesome. Im a fairly clean person and home most of the time. Im not too picky with who lives with me as long as your clean and pay your own way with rent, food, and toiletries. I do require a $100.00 non-refundable holding fee if you are interested. It can be applied to the damage deposit. Due at signing of lease is first and last months rent as well as $100.00 refundable damage deposit ($1,300). Thanks!
